Not a nice place and would certainly not recommend it to anyone. We have visited our plaice a few times and have found the staff to be rude and the food sub-standard.
The last time we went in, the young waitress stared at us until we ordered, no "hello" or "how can i help you". At the end of ordering she said "is that it?", not "would you like anything else?". she was really abrupt and rude. the pie we ordered was soggy and the chips undercooked. There aren't many English fish and chips places on the urbanisation so I firmly believe that people keep going back not due to choice, but lack of options!
